eSTEM Morocco -a girl today, a leader tomorrow- is a non-profit organization with the mission of providing Moroccan girls and women with the necessary tools and support to encourage them to pursue careers in science and technology while empowering them for economic self-reliance and for awareness around global sustainable development issues. In 2022 and as part of the first cohort of the international Aspen Digital Equity Accelerator, eSTEM Morocco set a vision of digital inclusion of 50.000 Moroccan girls by 2025 via a digital platform "titritapp.com".

Odoo helped structure, connect and manage complexity of huge amounts of data. In fact, the NGO uses Odoo CRM module creatively to navigate and manage +450 partners across private sector, public sector, academia, civil society, media and funders. It also uses a complex tagging system of roles and projects to be able to easily filter and manage +16000 contacts. On top, the easy graphical adoption of the tool allowed our virtual team to stay in contact on a daily basis and be able to manage collaboratively +40 projects. Our team gained in efficiency and transparent access to data. After ten years of manual work, Odoo succeeded in saving precious time that, instead of waisting it on internal organization issues, we now put into serving the core mission of the NGO.
