Leadership in Industry 4.0 comes through innovation and efficiency in the production chain. Digital transformation involves three main pillars: process innovation, technology, and a change in mindset and behavior. Certainly the most difficult and challenging is the change in mindset and behavior.
We saw in Odoo a great opportunity because we were able to involve all C-levels and break hierarchical degrees and divisions of departments. For us, this is priceless, because success happens when we can strengthen a company through leadership by influence and not by imposition. As Odoo is user-friendly and can handle complex manufacturing processes, we are able to achieve our goals together.
With Odoo, we were able to innovate the entire production chain of Empresa Libus, which was previously managed using Excel spreadsheets and various systems in each department. With the implementation of Odoo, we were able to improve the entire workflow between departments, breaking down communication silos. Today, the company managed to make a lean digital transformation, gaining agility in the processes, improving communication, and doubling its productivity.
