Realco is a leader in the production and distribution of cleaning products based on natural enzymes.
Realco has been using Odoo since version 6. A complete overhaul of the processes was necessary to support the company in its growth.
In the fast-growing swimming pool market, Realco has to face important peaks of deliveries during a relatively short period of time. Hence the importance of having automated processes in the warehouses to deliver customers in record time, at the risk of incurring penalties.
The project allowed the optimization of the sales, prospecting, production, and delivery processes with the implementation of intelligent scanning solutions. Accounting is integrated into the logistics processes in real-time with an analysis by customer type and a budgetary approach.
More than 50 employees use up to up to 14 Odoo applications every day.
