When a successful construction company wanted to move only forward and continue their dynamic growth, they became interested in implementing an integrated solution. Our technical excellence, values, and care for customers helped to bring them on board with Syncoria. They wanted complete integration of sales, manufacturing, and purchase orders with a clear indication for required inventory moves.
We configured and customized Odoo to provide them with a complete view of all manufacturing, purchase, and work orders and their possibility of success and failure based on data gathered from the system. In addition, we modified Odoo’s default Manufacturing planning system to help them prioritize manufacturing orders to meet upcoming deadlines. We also tweaked Odoo’s smart reordering rules to prioritize immediate needs and set a course of action within the system. The resulting software successfully integrated sales, manufacturing, and purchase with the inventory, allowing the company to focus on expansion while being as efficient as possible.
Using Odoo, moving to one integrated system, the full-stake real estate development company eliminated the issue of information getting lost between systems and decreased the need to reprocess information. As a result, in the first six months following their Odoo implementation, the business secured a 70% increase in productivity and 98% inventory traceability.
