This talk will discuss why lead generation has to be a priority for a business to be successful. You will see how easy it is to generate and convert leads in Odoo.

There are so many different sources from which a lead can come from, such as: website contact forms, incoming emails, and email marketing campaigns. With Odoo, you don't need multiple systems to manage your leads, because all your information is centralized.

Finally, there will be a demo to show how Odoo automates the process of lead generation by providing a few examples, such as the new feature we have in v.15 with the online booking system. But, lead generation is just the beginning. Once you gather your leads, you can qualify, manage, track, and possibly convert them, thanks to an email marketing campaign (or marketing automation).
