This talk aims at presenting smart putaway rules, which have been introduced in Odoo 15 to provide more flexibility than the old putaway rules. While old putaway rules required to always send a product to the same location, smart putaway rules use criteria such as product characteristics, location type, or packages to propose the ideal location for a product. In this talk, we will also show how smart putaway rules perfectly integrate with the packaging feature, which has been improved in Odoo 15.
