More than 25 years of experience leading consulting, development and ERP/GRP implementation projects.
Quanam (ATEL S.A.), has developed a solution based on Odoo and FW-logistics for Field Service Management. This solution is currently used by the Customer Service Area of ANTEL (the public-owned Telecommunication Company), which enables them to schedule the work of around 400 task forces with more than 1000 workers. The solution optimizes field service management, including service order registration, scheduling, task force assignment depending on skills and availability, and more.
During the course of this talk, we will go over the different functionalities included in the solution, the implementation process carried out in ANTEL, and how the solution providing a highly configurable structure can make it applicable in different types of services.
The target audience is companies that might need a Field Service Solution or partners wanting to offer this as a solution.
