The Luso-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a non-profit association of public utility whose main objective is to promote and support economic and commercial relations between the two countries by promoting business opportunities and strengthening networking between the Brazilian community and Portuguese businesses.
Its main need was to fit all its processes in one application to optimize management processes. The goal is to ease communication with members, have the autonomy to manage WEB content in order to publish new business opportunities, new events, and information for members in the website private area accessible exclusively for associates. With Odoo, CCILB is able to attract more partners and manage communication with associates through a website integrated with the other management processes such as sales, CRM, Email Marketing, and so on.
Marlene Fialho is CCILB’s General Manager and Business Developer since 2017. She is responsible for events management, national and international business management, market research and analysis, partnership, and marketing management.
