The crawler tool objective is to crawl specific web pages (social media, search engines, intranets and others) and detect keywords, text or images.

The keywords, text or images will be pushed into Odoo depending on their type and as described below:

      • Leads will be pushed into CRM

      • Complaints will be pushed into the Helpdesk

      • Faces info will be pushed into the Contacts

      • Plate numbers info will be pushed into the Fleet

      • Feedback and Competitors info will be pushed into the Marketing/CRM

      • And more...

The crawler will be using:

      • Multilingual Text Monitoring

      • Multilingual OCR in order to capture text within images including plate numbers

      • Face Recognition in order to capture people's faces

      • Advanced Analytics like Sentiment Analytics to differentiate positive from negative feedback

      • Phonetic and Semantic Analytics in order to analyze the crawled data and recognize similarities (Ex: if you are crawling the internet for the CRM keyword, the crawler will recognize similar words and push them into Odoo, like: customer relationship, leads generation, opportunity management, customer 360 degree view…)
