From this talk, attendees will learn electronic invoicing standards (ZUGFeRD, Factur-X, UBL, etc.) and solutions for expense notes.
They also will learn how to save time on the encoding of supplier invoices and expense notes.
What is the structure of this talk: slides and live demo on odoo v10. I plan to talk and show:
- import of regular PDF invoices
- update on the latest news around electronic invoices since last year: introduction of the Factur-X standard, etc.
- generation and import of electronic invoices (UBL, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X) with the OCA modules of https://github.com/OCA/edi
- solutions for expense notes: OCR-based or non-OCR-based (such as Mooncard, with the Odoo-Mooncard connector https://github.com/akretion/odoo-mooncard-connector)
- how to automate the import of bank statements ? The download of supplier invoices from web portal of suppliers?
