GETTING THERE

By Car


  • From Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Airport take exit road to Airport road 
  • Follow Gandhinagar - Ahmedabad Rd and CH Rd to Mahatma Gandhi Path in  Sector 11, Gandhinagar
  • Follow Mahatma Gandhi Path to your destination in Sector 13 D
  • There are multiple parking lots available opposite gate no 1.

By public transport


Depending on how you arrive or where you are staying in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar, there is a variety of public transport methods that will get you to Odoo Community Days at Mahatma Mandir convention center.

If you arrive in Ahmedabad through trains such as Rajdhani/Tejas/Super fast trains etc ,you will arrive at the Gandhinagar or Kalupur station in Ahmedabad. From there, the best option is to take the Cab/ taxi/ Auto or GSRTC buses.

If you are staying in the Ahmedabad, Several buses and sharing cabs also get to Mahatma Mandir Convention center for community days.

Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar have GSRTC connectivity area like paldi, nehrunagar, isconcross road, sarkhej etc are well connected with busses. 


To reach to Mahatma Mandir convention & exhibition center you can take direct bus from Geeta Mandir or respective pickup point and reach Pathikashram Bus Depot at Gandhinagar, from the bus station you can hire an auto or cab to reach to the OCD venue.


Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar are well connect towns and cab facilities be it private, Uber, Ola & Rapido etc. are easily available, alternatively you can find sharing cabs or local taxi from Sarkhej, Iscon cross road and Vaishnodevi circle.

VISA REQUEST

Please check if you need a visa to enter India. 
You can find a lot of information on the Foreign Affairs website. We do not handle the administrative process and costs for a visa application.  However, we can give you an invitation letter mentioning your participation in the event. Yes, Odoo Community Days  is open to everyone for free. Register on our website to get your free Basic Pass! Please note that the Basic Pass does not include food, drinks or any evening activities. To gain access to these, you must purchase a Premium Pass.

Odoo Community Days  is open to everyone for free. However, if you want to live the ultimate experience, we highly recommend that you buy a Premium Pass. The Premium Pass gives you access to catered lunches, dinners and exclusive evening activities

Yes, you can always modify the name on your pass. To do so, just email us at ocd@odoo.com mentioning the original name on the pass and the name you would like to replace it with..

Once you register online, you will receive a confirmation email. It is perfectly normal that it does not contain your badge. You will get your badge at a later stage as you arrive at venue, you have to collect it from event registration desk.

It depends on where you are coming from. Check with the embassy of Belgium in your home country. If you do need a visa, we highly recommend that you get it well in advance, as the procedure might be long.

The procedure varies depending on the country you're from. Contact the Indian embassy in your home country, they will be able to help you. However, it is very likely that you will be asked to provide an invitation letter. You can download it here after you added your personal details

No, Odoo does not cover visa, transportation or accommodation fees. 

But it's very easy to reach to the Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Center with public transport. We're preparing a list of recommended hotels for you. Coming soon.

Yes. You can easily park around Mahatma Mandir Exhibtion and convention center. Please note that it is a public parking at your own risk. Odoo does not hold any liability for the parking area..

We recommend that you leave it at your hotel if available. Take care of all your belongings on your own.
