4PMC DIGITAL SERVICES KENYA LIMITED
4PMC was using Odoo v15.2, which posed challenges in utilizing Odoo SH, a critical requirement for their operations. The existing version lacked the necessary features and capabilities to support their evolving needs. Araka performed a complex migration from Odoo v15.2 directly to Odoo v17, bypassing version 16 to provide 4PMC with the latest upgrades and features. This strategic move ensured they could leverage all the new improvements. Additionally, Araka implemented continuous improvement processes and provided comprehensive training on the new tools. The migration to Odoo v17 enabled 4PMC to fully utilize Odoo SH and benefit from the latest features of the platform. The continuous improvement initiatives and training ensured that the team could efficiently use the new system, leading to enhanced productivity and better project management capabilities.

Ambra Association, an NGO dedicated to supporting women and girls with disabilities in Burundi, faced challenges in increasing their global visibility and effectively presenting their impactful initiatives and projects while facilitating fundraising. Araka designed and developed a website using Odoo for Ambra Association. In addition to the website, we created a platform that allows donors to track projects and make donations using e-commerce. The new platform significantly enhanced Ambra Association's global visibility. The website effectively shares their stories, projects, and achievements, attracting more support and partnerships to continue their essential mission. The tracking and donation functionality facilitated fundraising, strengthening their ability to support more women and girls with disabilities.

Baso Patisserie, a high-end bakery well-known in Rwanda, needed a solution to unify and improve the management of its sales, inventory, and operations to support its continued growth. Araka implemented Odoo's point of sale (POS) and inventory systems within Baso Patisserie, providing a unified platform to manage all aspects of their operations. This system integration allowed Baso Patisserie to enhance the efficiency of its sales and inventory management. It supported their growth by providing powerful tools to managned optimize daily operations, thus strengthening their position as a market leader.

A company specialized in wholesale distribution of paper in Ivory Coast. The company purchases paper in large quantities to distribute it to B2B clients. The activities are diversified.
Cormoran Lodge
Cormoran Lodge, a leading hotel in Rwanda (35 employees), sought opportunities to improve the efficiency of its sales and inventory management to optimize operations and resource management. Araka integrated Odoo's point of sale (POS) and inventory systems within Cormoran Lodge. This solution was configured to meet the specific needs of the hotel. This integration enabled Cormoran Lodge to streamline its operations, allowing efficient management of sales and inventory. Hapiness Venture LTD
Happiness Ventures opened a new bar in Kigali and required an efficient system for managing food and beverage orders and stock management to ensure smooth operations and optimal inventory control. Araka set up Odoo’s point of sale (POS) and inventory management systems tailored for the bar. This implementation aimed to streamline the ordering process and manage the stock efficiently. The implementation of the POS and inventory systems enabled Happiness Ventures to manage their food and beverage orders seamlessly and maintain accurate stock levels. This led to improved operational efficiency, better resource management, and enhanced customer service.

KCZ Kigali Clipper Zone Saloon
KCZ, a hair salon in Kigali with over 40 hairstylists, faced challenges in tracking sales, managing hairstylist commissions, monitoring stock, and accounting for daily unforeseen expenses. Araka installed Odoo’s point of sale (POS) and inventory systems. Additionally, they integrated the POS with a commission calculation system within Odoo to address KCZ’s specific needs. The implementation of these systems enabled KCZ to efficiently track sales and manage hairstylist commissions. The manager can now monitor stock levels and account for daily unforeseen expenses accurately. This integration led to better financial management and operational efficiency.

Kunda, an artisanal ice cream company in Rwanda with two sales points, needed an efficient system to manage their stock and sales operations to ensure smooth functioning of their business. In the future, Araka plans to further enhance their operations by implementing production and accounting systems.

Man Power Company Limited, a manpower firm with over 100 employees, struggled with generating accurate and timely payslips, a time-consuming task that previously took one week of work. Araka customized Odoo’s payslip module to meet the specific needs of Man Power Company Limited. With this tailored solution, generating payslips for all employees can now be done with a single click, significantly reducing payroll processing time and enabling more efficient and accurate human resource management.

Uniserv Education, a leading education consultancy, needed a comprehensive CRM system to track the journey of prospective students before they work with the consultancy. Their existing system lacked the tools necessary for their team to organize work efficiently and handle invoicing effectively.
