I am using the Odoo Community version for inventory management and I am looking for a feature that can send notifications (both in-app and via Gmail) when the stock level reaches a minimum threshold, indicating that restocking is necessary (the stock is running low).

Does such a feature exist in the Odoo Community version? If not, is it possible to develop and integrate this functionality into the app's code?
