the answer is :

0) in inventory configuration : install claim management

1) define incoming mail gateway, ie mymail@gmail.com as the mail for the gateway

2) in the advance sheet : create record : crm.claim,  ie  crm.claim will be created by any incoming mail sent to mymail@gmail.com

1)  delete all the alias having this mailbox name, otherwise all incoming mail will be sent to alias IE : if the alias is the Crm Team mailbox then incoming mail will create opportunity and not claim as expected...

test it : it works....
