I want to send an email confirmation to my customers when their order is "shipped", i found the option to do it in automatic, but, for now i prefer to do it manualy, the problem is that i don´t see the option.

I try in a localhost test database and it have the option but, whe I go to my "work" database i don´t see the same opction, do you have any Idea of how to enable.

PD: I´m using odoo comunity 13 intalled in digitalocean
