Hello,
we have sales regions configured under Region. They are essentially a list of cities and towns with their zip code/postal code.
That way we can import inquiries and assign them to a certain sales person by checking where the prospect is located.
If we would want to export and import these records, in order to redistribute the territory in another way, how could we go about that?
Say we had 3 regions before, and we want to redivide the records over 2 new regions.
I don't see a possibility under "actions" to export the records first, which would be preferable, so we could reassign the records to the new region. But I don't get that functionality
