Go to the Accounting tab in the Contact record and check whether the Account Receivable and Account Payable fields have been configured correctly.
Indeed. Usually this indicates that there has been no accounting scheme installed (for example l10n_be)

Hi,
You have to configure Account Receivable and Account Payable for the partner to solve this issue, If cant see this option then try after turning on "show full accounting features" from the users form
