Since you do not have Studio, you have 2 options:

1. As mentioned by Richard, you can use the Translation feature to change the text "Invoice" to "Tax Invoice".

2. If you are familiar with customizing views using view inheritance, you can add an inheritance view to change the text. If you use view inheritance, you will not lose the changes when you update Odoo. Studio basically does the same thing.

You could use Odoo's Translation feature to change how this is displayed on the reports or go into the technical data of the report to manually change it but without studio it will not stay when you migrate between versions.
