In Small and Medium enterprises, procurement activities are rarely managed in a structured way. When a company needs a new service or product, they usually use different unstructured channels like eCommerce, Website search or eProcurement portals to find the right vendor or the cheaper product. These activities consume a lot of time and each must be repeated with the almost the same effort.

With the Odoo Purchase Agreements and oopp the unstructured procurement activities will be managed in a fast and organized way. Each purchase agreement will send an automatic request to each registered vendor suitable for that product/service. The vendor will have the lead automatically created in their Odoo and can send the Sales offer directly through Odoo and oopp. oopp will be enriched continuously with different procurement sources like eCommerce, eProcurement portals or vendor websites, leaving the user with one single and simple interface thanks to Odoo. With oopp different vendors and customers will have their Odoo connected easily.
