Responsibilities
Lead a team and manage various HR functions within the HRA team including but not limited to:
- Employee engagement, talent retention & employee relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment
- Payroll, compensation and benefits: Managing / reviewing salary structures, bonuses, benefits, and other employee incentives
- Policy & Legal compliance: Reviewing / updating HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations in all HR practices
- Manage and maintaining health and safety initiatives, ensuring employee safety and well-being
- Exit interviews and offboarding: Conducting exit interviews and handling the offboarding process for departing employees
- Prepare various HR & Administration reports and analysis for management review
- Occasionally collaborate with HR teams in overseas offices such as Belgium, Australia and Indonesia
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of all-round HR experience, preferably in sizeable companies or MNCs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with colleagues across different teams & regions
- Fluent in spoken English
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
NICE TO HAVE
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law, MPF and other related ordinance
- Strong software and new technology awareness
