Hi everyone,


I would like to create a call center using Odoo, but I'm not sure what module I can integrate for this, options like phone numbers, agents,  supervisor, recording, reports, call redirection, etc.

We set up a small call workflow in Odoo using a cloud call center plugin, and it handled phone numbers, agents, and call recordings really smoothly. Having reports and call redirection built-in made managing the team way easier, and supervisors could check things without jumping between apps. It felt nice to keep calls, notes, and follow-ups all in one place, which made the day-to-day a lot simpler for everyone.
