In the last week, I have lost access to be able to edit my primary Website. I have full administration rights, and my web designer has appropriate rights. When either of us clicks on the "Edit" Button in the Top Right, we immediately get an error message and it locks up that Browser Tab. I am unable to expand the error message because all access in that tab is frozen. This happens in Chrome and Safari both. We can go into the Website Module, select our secondary Website and then go into it and Edit it as normal. Same computer, same user. I am completely locked out of making any changes to my primary Website.

Tech Support found the source of the problem, it is the view 'Top bar news Block' (key: website.snippets.s_cover_40654fac263f4054a5e930aefaef6e5b). Once this view was deactivated, then I was able to enter Edit mode of the website successfully.
Steps: Settings -> Technical -> Views -> Search for view name 'Top bar news Block' or by the key -> Click on the view, toggle off the 'Active' field.

We are a Odoo.com Online customer. We are not running Odoo.sh or hosting ourselves.
You might have done some wrong changes to the website which could have created this issue.
I would suggest contacting a technical person to find the root cause to resolve the issue.
