In website builder one can include videos but have not managed to have the video sound enabled. That is although the video has sound, when viewers visit the website the video is silent.
Is this even possible. Is there a configuration or setting we are missing?

Hello Julien The same thing happens to me with my video uploaded to YouTube, however the video has active sound (not muted); What do you say that this mutual is not configured in Odoo? Where?

Is the video in autoplay ? If yes, then it is normal that it is muted.
By default, your video should not be muted.
