Hello,

I have finished products that I sell e.g. "Computer System A". This is what I want listed on a quote, sales order and delivery order as a single sales order line.

However, when I am picking Computer System A, I also want the picking slip to automatically list the power cord, manual, accessory 1, accessory 2, etc - a bunch of additional products each on its own line. When I sell Computer System A, I don't want a list of 25 items to appear on the Quotation/Sales Order or Delivery Order PDFs.

Is there a way to include this long list of additional accessories on the picking slip, track stock of them, but keep them off the delivery order and sales order PDFs? 

The additional items are one of several possible collections of items so I'd probably create a kit bom for each and then add the kit bom as a single line on a sales order. It just wouldn't appear on the PDF in any way.

My guess is to create a new flag for products, that can be set  to visible/invisible. Then edit delivery order/sales order PDF report creation templates so that it looks at the flag value to determine whether to include the specific sales order product line on the final printed PDF. 

Does that sound like it could work?
