I am an programmer, but new to odoo.

my company want to use odoo to manager warehouse in different location by many department.
every department with many employee（A1,A2,A3...），and  managing multi warehouse in location L1、L2、L3

Required:

• A department can't not see all data which own B department.

Options

• A department can transfer inventory to B department
• the admin can see total sell report and all inventory

if odoo can do this? how? having guide?
