When I create a sales order, the number of products can reach approximately 200 products. Is there a way to filter on a specific item within the sales order itself so that I can easily reach a specific product? I am using Odoo 17.

You can use the following module to filter a product from the sale order line.

You can find all Sales Orders containing a specific product if that's your question:
unfortunately you can not search no the o2m field like sale order line, but here is some work arounds you can use.
- from the pager you can open all line and press ctrl+f to use the browser search to find your product.
- create a menu item for sale order lines then search for your sale order and product(you should NOT edit that record from there)
