If an Odoo Partner's a customer has 5 users but they don't want any of their users to have the Admin account. Will they have to pay for 6 users, so that Odoo Partner can use the Admin user account?
i.e. the Admin account is only used by the Odoo Partner for setup, configuration etc.
Yes, you will need to have a 6th users because of the pricing structure and more importantly because the first user ever always has more access rights as it is used to do the initial set up. You could decide to only get 5 users but then someone in your company will have to keep the extend access rights permanently.
