位置仪表板

The Locations dashboard in the Inventory application provides an overview of on-hand storage locations for company products. Use this report to see where stock is stored, identify misplaced items, or view past inventory to see product locations on specific dates.

The Reporting menu in Inventory is only accessible to users with admin access.

浏览位置仪表板

默认情况下，位置 仪表板会列出所有库存产品（在 产品 列中）以及以下信息：

• 位置：当前存储位置。如果产品存放在 货架 1 和 货架 2，则会列出两次，显示每个位置的数量。

• 包装：产品存储的包装（如有）。

• 批次/序列号：如果产品有批次或序列号，则在此处指定。

• On Hand Quantity: current quantity of products. Click the (edit) icon to modify the on-hand quantity.

• 保留数量：为拣货、送货订单或生产等操作保留的手头数量。

• 单位：产品的计量单位。

点击每行项目右侧的按钮可获取更多信息：

• 历史：访问产品的库存移动历史，显示数量信息以及产品从一个位置移动到另一个位置的原因描述。

  小技巧

  点击产品线最右侧的 历史 按钮，查看该产品的保留用途。

  On the Moves History page, remove the Done filter from the search bar to reveal filter options, and select the To Do filter.

  

• 补货: 访问 重新订购规则 页面，在特定位置补充产品。

In the upper-left corner of the page, click the New button to make an inventory adjustment to record quantities of a certain product at a specific Location.

要查看指定日期的产品、数量及其位置，请点击 库存日期 按钮（也位于页面左上角）。在 库存日期 字段中选择日期和时间，然后点击 确认。

查看空位置

To view which locations are currently empty, navigate to Inventory ‣ Configuration ‣ Locations.

Empty locations are designated by the checkbox in the Is Empty column. To show only empty locations, click into the search bar and select the Empty Locations filter.

生成报告

在了解 导航位置仪表板 之后，就可以使用它来创建和共享不同的报告。

使用 位置 仪表板创建的几种常见报告详述如下。

滞销库存报告

要获取过期商品（也称 呆滞库存）清单，请按以下步骤操作：

1. 转到 库存应用程序 ‣ 报告 ‣ 位置。

2. Then, click into the search bar to reveal a drop-down list of Filters, Group By, and Favorite options.

3. 启用 收藏 部分下的 内部地点 和 到期提醒 选项。

报告现在会显示过期产品列表。

该报告也可通过 批次和序列号 页面生成，访问 库存应用程序 ‣ 产品 ‣ 批次/序列号。

滞留库存报告

Businesses using multi-step flows in the Inventory or Manufacturing apps, may have stranded items, which are products not in their proper storage locations, due to human error. Use this report to periodically check transfer locations (e.g. WH/Input, WH/Pre-Processing) to ensure items are moved to their intended storage locations, and accurately recorded in the database.

要获取可能闲置在仓库中的物品清单，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. 转到 库存应用程序 ‣ 报告 ‣ 位置。

2. In the search bar, begin typing the name of the location where products are intended to be moved to, such as WH/Input, or WH/Packing.

3. Select the Search Location for: [location name] option from the resulting drop-down menu that appears beneath the search bar.

   

现在，报告会显示转运地点的产品清单。

Example

在 位置 中搜索 输入 会显示*WH/Input*位置的产品列表。

2. Then, click into the search bar to reveal a drop-down list of Filters, Group By, and Favorite options.

3. 从 收藏 部分启用 内部位置 和 冲突 选项。

4. 现在，报告会显示自上次周期计数以来数量发生变化的项目。

   

5. 点击 历史 按钮，查看库存调整后发生的库存转移，包括收货和发货。
