할인 및 적립 프로그램

Odoo 판매, 이커머스 및 POS 애플리케이션을 통해 사용자는 고객이 온라인 및 매장 내 쇼핑에 사용할 수 있는 할인 및 적립 프로그램을 만들 수 있습니다. 이러한 프로그램은 :doc:`가격표 </applications/sales/sales/products_prices/prices/pricing>`보다 더 다양하고 일반에 사용할 수 있으며 시기에 맞추어 가격 옵션을 활용할 수 있습니다.

환경 설정 탭

할인 및 적립 프로그램을 시작하려면 판매 ‣ 환경 설정 ‣ 설정`으로 이동합니다. :guilabel:`가격 제목 아래 기능 옆에 있는 확인란에 선택 표시하면 할인, 적립 및 기프트 카드 설정을 활성화됩니다. 마지막으로 :guilabel:`저장`을 클릭하여 변경 사항을 저장합니다.

할인 및 적립 프로그램 환경설정

할인 및 로열티 프로그램을 생성하려면 판매 ‣ 품목 ‣ 할인 및 로열티 로 이동합니다.

아직 할인 또는 적립 프로그램을 생성하지 않은 경우 첫 프로그램을 생성하는 데 도움이 될 수 있도록 Odoo에서 템플릿을 선택할 수 있습니다. 템플릿 카드 중 하나를 선택하거나 새로 만들기 를 클릭하여 새 프로그램을 처음부터 만듭니다.

또는 기존 프로그램이 이미 있는 경우에는 기존 프로그램을 선택하여 편집합니다.

참고

Templates only appear when no programs have been created, and they disappear once the first program is created.

프로그램을 생성하거나 편집할 경우 프로그램 양식이 열립니다.

The program form contains the following options:

• Program Name: Enter the name of the program. The program name is not visible to the customer.

• Program Type: Select the desired program type.

• 통화: 프로그램에 적용될 통화를 선택합니다.

• 포인트 단위: 적립 카드 프로그램에 사용되는 포인트 이름을 입력합니다 (예: 적립 포인트). 포인트 단위 이름은 고객에게 표시 됩니다. 이 필드는 프로그램 유형 이 적립 카드 로 설정된 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다.

• Validity: Select the date until which the program is valid. Leave this field blank for no end date, meaning the program is always valid and does not expire.

• Limit Usage: Check this box and enter a number to limit the number of times the program can be used during the Validity period.

• Company: In the case of multiple companies, choose the company for which the program is available.

• Available On: Select the app(s) on which the program is available.

• Website: Select the website(s) on which the program is available. Leave this field blank to make it available on all websites.

• POS: 프로그램을 사용할 수 있는 POS을 선택합니다. 이 필드를 비워두면 모든 POS 에서 사용할 수 있습니다.

프로그램 양식에 있는 옵션은 선택한 프로그램 유형 에 따라 달라집니다.

All of the existing cards, codes, coupons, etc. that have been generated for the program are accessible through the smart button located in the upper-right corner of the form.

프로그램 유형

프로그램 양식에서 다음과 같은 여러 가지 프로그램 유형 을 사용할 수 있습니다.

• 쿠폰: 리워드를 즉시 확인할 수 있는 일회용 쿠폰 코드를 만들어서 공유해 보세요.

• Next Order Coupons: Generate and share single-use coupon codes that grant access to rewards on the customer’s next order.

• Loyalty Cards: When making purchases, the customer accumulates points to exchange for rewards on current and/or future orders.

• Promotions: Set conditional rules for ordering products, which, when fulfilled, grant access to rewards for the customer.

• 할인 코드: 결제 시 입력할 코드를 설정하며, 이 코드를 입력하면 고객이 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.

• X 개 구매 시 Y 개 증정: 고객이 X 개 품목을 구매할 때마다 크레딧 1개가 부여됩니다. 지정된 금액의 크레딧 을 적립한 후 이를 교환하여 Y 개 아이템을 받을 수 있습니다.

조건부 계획

다음으로, 프로그램이 언제 고객 주문에 적용될지 시기를 지정하는 조건부 규칙 을 설정합니다.

In the Rules & Rewards tab, click Add next to Conditional rules to add conditions to the program. This reveals a Create Conditional rules pop-up window.

조건부 규칙 옵션은 선택한 프로그램 유형 에 따라 달라집니다.

조건부 규칙을 설정하는 데 다음 항목을 선택하여 사용할 수 있습니다.

• 할인 코드: 할인 코드 프로그램에 사용하도록 편집한 코드를 입력하거나 Odoo에서 생성된 기본 코드를 사용합니다요. 이 필드는 :guilabel:`프로그램 유형`이 :guilabel:`할인 코드`로 설정된 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다.

• 최소 수량: 보상을 받으려면 반드시 구매해야 하는 최소 제품 수를 입력합니다. 고객이 보상을 받으려면 반드시 구매를 해야 하도록 최소 수량을 ‘1’ 이상으로 설정합니다.

• 최소 구매: 보상을 받으려면 반드시 지출해야 하는 최소 금액 (통화)을 세금 포함 또는 세금 미포함 항목과 함께 입력합니다. 최소 수량 및 최소 구매 금액을 모두 입력한 경우 고객의 주문은 반드시 두 조건을 모두 충족해야 합니다.

• Products: Select the specific product(s) for which the program applies. Leave this field blank to apply it to all products.

• Categories: Select the category of products for which the program applies. Choose All to apply it to all product categories.

• 품목 태그: 해당 태그가 있는 품목에 프로그램을 적용하려면 태그를 선택합니다.

• 지급: 고객에게 지급되는 포인트 수를 주문당, 결제한 통화당, 결제한 단위당 입력합니다(로열티 카드 및 X 개 구매 시 Y 개 제공 프로그램의 경우 해당).

저장 후 닫기 를 클릭하면 규칙을 저장하고 팝업창이 닫히며, 저장 후 새로 만들기 를 클릭하여 규칙을 저장하고 즉시 새로운 규칙을 생성합니다.

보상

프로그램 양식에 있는 규칙 및 보상 탭에서 보상 옆에 있는 추가 를 클릭하면 프로그램에 보상 을 추가할 수 있습니다. 그러면 보상 만들기 팝업창이 나타납니다.

참고

리워드 옵션은 선택한 프로그램 유형 에 따라 달라집니다.

다음과 같이 리워드 환경설정을 할 때 선택할 수 있습니다.

• Reward Type: Select the reward type among Free Product, Discount, and Free Shipping. The other options for reward configuration depend on the Reward Type selected.

  • 무료 품목:

    • 리워드 수량: 고객에게 보상으로 지급할 무료 증정품 수량을 선택합니다.

    • 품목: 무료로 제공되는 보상 품목을 선택합니다. 품목은 하나만 선택할 수 있습니다.

    • 품목 태그: 리워드로 받을 수 있는 무료 품목을 추가로 지정하려면 태그를 선택합니다.

  • 할인:

    • 할인: 할인 금액을 퍼센트, 포인트당 통화 또는 주문당 통화 에 입력합니다. 그런 다음 할인을 전체 주문 에 적용할지, 주문서에 있는 가장 저렴한 품목 에만 적용할지, 아니면 특정 품목 에만 적용할지 선택합니다.

    • Max Discount: Enter the maximum amount (in currency) that this reward may grant as a discount. Leave this field at 0 for no limit.

  • 무료 배송:

    • Max Discount: Enter the maximum amount (in currency) that this reward may grant as a discount. Leave this field at 0 for no limit.

• In exchange of: Enter the number of points required to exchange for the reward (for the Loyalty Cards and Buy X Get Y programs).

• Description on order: Enter the description of the reward, which is displayed to the customer upon checkout.
