About the job
As a sales, you will have direct interaction with a diverse range of companies, ranging from small independent businesses to well-established corporations. Your role will involve advising these companies on digitaze their operations through personalized demonstrations of their business flows. Additionally, your negotiation skills will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and cultivating long-lasting relationships with them.
However, your responsibilities extend beyond sales, you will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions for a period of 3 months, taking care of follow-ups and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle inbound leads, make first contact, and qualify business needs
- Analyze SMEs’ activities, workflows, challenges and pain points
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and present Odoo’s value and pricing
Must have
- Strong business knowledge & curiosity
- Genuine interest in IT & software
- Languages : Nordic languages
- Analytic vision & fighting spirit
- Strong relational & negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Work permit for Belgium

What we offer
Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
