Will Community version 9 be able to buy and download the new proprietary Odoo SA Apps from the App-store. Or is the Enterprise version a new proprietary fork and now and a different product? Anyone got information or can ask tomorrow? At least the paid App-store  has been the argument behind the licence change from Fabien or I have misunderstood.

licence change  but I am not sure if I missed this type of information
