Is there a way to simply invoicing:

I am a self employed independent contractor. This particular contract is paying me by the hour. But there pay period is from Thursday-Wednesday. 

I don't need to invoice them as I clock in on their QB app and they use those hours to pay me. But I need to make sure everything match. 

So please help me if you can to switch the pay period to begin on a Thursday and end on a Wednesday and to make sure what they paying me match. 

I view a bunch of vids and got more confused. I don't think I need touch all these apps to track my time and invoice!!!!!
