Suryastri Boni is the Chief Technology Officer at the Health Technology Transformation and Digitalization Team, Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia. She leads the development of SATUSEHAT, a national platform that integrates health data and services. She drives the use of Odoo as a middleware and data management tool to streamline processes across healthcare providers. With 27 years of experience in ERP systems across industries, she brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, digital public services, and large-scale system integration.
Indonesia’s Ministry of Health is leading a large-scale digital transformation initiative called SATUSEHAT — a unified national health platform designed to connect and integrate health services across the country. With thousands of health facilities and millions of citizens relying on public healthcare, the system must be reliable, secure, and scalable.
In this talk, we will share how Odoo has been implemented as a middleware and data management tool within SATUSEHAT. Odoo plays a central role in orchestrating operations, standardizing processes, and integrating data from a wide range of health applications and facilities. We will explore architectural decisions, API strategies, security concerns, and the implementation roadmap for scaling Odoo in a public health environment.
Participants will gain insight into how Odoo can be used not just as an ERP but as a powerful enabler for digital transformation in the public sector — especially in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key learnings: middleware design, health data interoperability, ERP in government, and nationwide system deployment.
