A true Belgian sports icon, Justine Henin has left her mark on the history of tennis with her talent, determination, and outstanding achievements. Former World No. 1 for 117 consecutive weeks, she dominated the women’s circuit for over a decade.

From a very young age, Justine stood out as an extraordinary competitor. European and World Champion in the under-14 category, she turned professional in 1999 and entered the world’s Top 10 in just two years. In 2003, she became the first Belgian ever to win Roland Garros, paving the way for an exceptional career.

Between 2003 and 2008, she collected prestigious victories: US Open, Roland Garros, and Olympic gold. Her 2007 season remains unforgettable, with 10 titles won out of 14 tournaments played, including two Grand Slams. Her performances earned her multiple awards as Belgian Sportswoman of the Year as well as World Sportswoman of the Year.
