Perfect Golf Event simplifies the planning of non-profit, charitable, and corporate golf events. Offering a full suite of software and services—including website development and merchandising—Perfect Golf Event helps organizations manage every aspect of their event from start to finish.
To further enhance the customer Sales experience on Odoo, Sodexis developed a custom solution that streamlines the onboarding process. After a customer signs & pays their Odoo quote, they are automatically redirected to a custom workflow to begin submitting key event information. This ensures the Perfect Golf Event team collects all key information directly when the sales is won in order to streamline the onboarding process. If the customer doesn’t finish the process in their first attempt, a “Resume Progress” feature allows them to return later and continue from where they left off—eliminating the frustration of starting over.
Additionally, this customization intelligently directs customers to relevant instructional videos from Perfect Golf Event based on the specific items in their quote. This ensures that customers receive all necessary information and never miss important documentation required for a successful event.
