Maximilien, with 15 years of experience in the retail sector at Delhaize and Eggo, was a key figure in Eggo's transformation project as its CIO. He played a significant role in selecting Odoo as a critical software solution and defining the implementation roadmap, contributing to the project success and streamlined processes.

During his career, Renato BOTTIGLIERI has seen all aspects of ERP/WMS/TMS implementation and development with his experience at FedEx (development of cross-border road transportation and planning) , Lineas (Business responsible for the TMS implementation and monitoring of ERP/WMS activities) and Dreambaby (head of Supply Chain and SAP blueprint implementation). At Eggo, he is now responsible for logistics and sales in Flanders and contributed to the implementation of Odoo on the logistics level.

After embarking on his career as a consultant at Delhaize, Martin decided to shift his focus to an in-house role as a business analyst for Eggo. Having a strong passion for creativity and innovation, Martin's proficiency played a crucial role in discovering inventive solutions for the challenges encountered during the company's digital transformation. He held the responsibility of translating functional and operational requirements into Odoo. Collaborating closely with the team, Martin and his colleagues transformed this challenge into a remarkable achievement.

Eggo is a leading Belgian brand in the kitchen and made-to-measure retail business.

You will discover how Odoo supports the complete value chain of the company by facilitating the transfer of customer projects across various departments: sales & design, operations (orders processing, etc.), logistics & deliveries, field management services (internal and external resources) and marketing.
