During this talk, attendees will learn the advantages of the Helpdesk module (reporting, rating, how to use it) and we'll also try to make a comparison with the "old helpdesk" (issues).

You will see how to use Helpdesk, how to produce good reporting, and good rating. During these 50 minutes, you will get a lot of details about the Odoo Helpdesk application.

The structure will be an introduction, followed by a presentation with a lot of details and each detail explained will be shown in a real situation to make the audience understand perfectly how to do it in Odoo.
