Riverside Woodcraft are based in Tamworth and create wooden Bird Tables, Hedgehog Houses, Nest Boxes, Garden Benches and more. Due to a surge of orders through the Covid pandemic lockdowns they realised they needed a CRM system and a way for their website to talk to their business management systems. They have implemented Odoo's CRM functionality as well as Amazon and website connectors to ensure smooth transition from orders being placed to information being captured and orders going out on time.
