We're looking for someone to help make Odoo fully compliant across the world. This role is crucial to unlock Odoo's full potential abroad. Your mission: understand each country's payroll rules, labor laws, and the intricacies of how businesses manage salaries and employee benefits. You'll be responsible for applying this knowledge in various localizations and open the door to thousands of new potential customers. You don't need to be a payroll specialist, just smart, curious, structured, and ready to learn fast.
As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with developers to build amazing features used by millions of people. Your role will be to transform ideas into specifications, test the developments, and ensure awesome applications are deployed at speed.

Responsibilities
- Understand full payroll processes, compliance, and regulations for a country
- Own tasks from start to approval
- Create clear specs; strong visual communication
- Balance feature decisions with product vision and simplicity

About you

Here's what we expect from you:
Must have
- Master Degree or IT degree
- Experience in a payroll agency
- Bad sense of humour
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in UX/UI
- Work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Previous relevant experience in product owning or project management
- Experience within the ERP field
- Affinity with the IT field
- Occupy a 360° Product Owner position where you will use and develop multiple skills

What we offer
Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
