I am trying to import orders via the POS module in Odoo, but I am encountering a problem that I can’t seem to resolve. Before launching the import, I always test the orders. During these tests, I received the following error: "The selected payment method is not allowed in the POS session configuration". This error appears across multiple lines.
I then went to check if the payment methods were properly configured for the points of sale, and everything seemed correct, but the error persisted in subsequent tests. So, I decided to split my Excel file into several parts to pinpoint where the payment method error was coming from.
After reducing the number of orders to only 10 in my Excel file, I encountered another error:
"Error at line 0: Oops! It seems you’ve stumbled upon top secret records. Sorry, PROGISTACK (id=2) doesn’t have 'create' access to: - Point of Sale Orders (pos.order: 2347275). The following rules apply: - Point of Sale Order. Note: this may be a multi-company issue. Switching companies might help - in Odoo, not in real life! If you really need access, you might want to try convincing your friendly administrator with some homemade cookies."
I checked whether this order existed in the active company, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. /
