The Date (31/12/2018) doesn't match the sequence number of the related Pièce comptable (ASS/2017/12/0001)
You will need to clear the Pièce comptable's Numéro to proceed.
In doing so, you might want to resequence your entries in order to maintain a continuous date-based sequence.
