Is there any global kind of search input available in Odoo where we can do quick search of particular record ???

Now you can search any record quickly even if you are at anywhere inside Odoo. There will be global kind of search input field in menu bar where you can input data and find the maching record based on what you have configured.

We have developed a module that will exactly fulfill your need. Our module will search the complete odoo system for matching values and display it menu wise highlighting the matching records. It will also display you the native tree view so you can easily grab what you want. From there you can navigate to single or multiple records and perform actions on the records.
