The official Odoo documentation explains you how to install Odoo. You can find it at https://www.odoo.com/documentation/10.0/setup/install.html
If you don't want to follow guides or want a quick/easy way to install Odoo you can use my Odoo installation script. You can find it at https://github.com/Yenthe666/InstallScript/tree/10.0
P.S: I haven't tested my script on Ubuntu 10 myself so I can't guarantee it works. You're probably better off using a LTS version of Ubuntu that is still supported, such as 16.04 or 18.04.
