Hi, in standard this is not possible. However what you can do is schedule an activity for the person who needs to approve. You can do this with an automated action on the record. For example when a quotation needs to be approved by a certain person if the total amount is higher than a certain value, you could use something like this:

You can play with the settings to get the ideal situation, such as a trigger on update, on create, etc.
