Dear all, can you please suggest a quick way to change blog column width?

in the xml/html there only references to css object (obviously)

but when i swith css view i see only 2 empty windows "user_custom_rules" and "user_custom_bootstrap_overridden". 

however i'm a beginner in odoo and not a expert of html/css/bootstrap.

just need a help.
