How to change menu item name for different user logins?

Question

I have to change the name of my menu item for different users.
My menu item name is "Messages". If the user name is "Employee", name of menu item need to be updated as "Messages Employee".

Hi Achu.,
I think it can be done through duplication of menu. First of all you have to create two groups for this scenario. Then create two menus with respective groups. So one use can see only single menu. (Except Admin case).

Hi Nilmar, Thanks For Your answer. But that's not what I need.
I want to know how could I get the username of each login user into the menuitem name, for different users the menuitem name must have their username in that. Can I do that by duplication of Menu?
