Any one know to create a button & its worflow through button press.

First i want to create buttons named approve & refuse in my own page.

Next its workflow ie, When any other user send a document to me, i have the privilege to approve & refuse it.

When i approve it will save in my folder or if refuse send back to the user.

Can we do these all through interface?
