V13 changes a lot of things in the way taxes work, and also introduces a new reporting engine for them. This presentation aims to give an overview of the technical aspects of this new implementation.We will cover the architectural aspects of the new engine, giving the reasons why these changes were made, and how the interactions of the model evolved between v12 and v13. 

Next, we will focus on how new localization modules can take advantage of v13 taxes, with a complete example showing how to define a tax report, what the different options are and how to use them.
