The Center for Risk Assessment of Climate Change (CERAC) mission is to assess and mitigate climate and environment risks, focusing on Belgium’s national security and resilience. Additionally, CERAC emphasizes international cooperation and networking with similar centers to exchange best practices and address global climate challenges.

The Deloitte team configured the Odoo platform mainly on CRM and Contact side for the specific stakeholder management CERAC needs, with the specific segmentation needs the standard apps were tailored towards their needs by only using Odoo Studio. For the marketing team the focus was on Marketing Automation, Emails, Social Media and Events. Now the marketing team is able to plan their social media posting, monitor the different social media channels, reach their audience with specific segmentation lists and manage their events end-to-end.
