Skaff Dairy Farm

Skaf Farm, established in 2011, began with a dairy herd of 200 cows to produce high-quality Lebanese dairy products. Today, it manufactures more than 850 tons annually, including Laban, Labneh, Akkawi, Baladi, Halloumi, and other traditional dairy products. As the farm expanded its production and distribution, it faced challenges managing fragmented inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, and financial processes, as well as maintaining quality control and equipment maintenance. To address these challenges, Skaf Farm partnered with Tecomsa, an Official Odoo Gold Partner, to implement a customized Odoo ERP solution covering Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Employees, Payroll, Time Off, Maintenance, Quality, and Inventory Valuation. This transformation centralized operations, optimized production planning, enhanced quality tracking, streamlined HR and payroll, improved equipment maintenance, and provided real-time financial and operational insights enabling Skaf Farm to scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality in its dairy production.
